It is easy to be poor, no matter how much money one makes.  What most don’t realize, the inverse is just as true; it’s hard to be wealthy no matter how much money one makes.  Why?  There seems to be a natural reflex to spend according to what is earned.  Anyone who can overcome this reflex has overcome one of the greatest temptations of life.
