There are 3 ways one can make capital purchases; become, 1) a debtor, 2) a saver (pay with cash), or 3) a wealth creator.  The only difference between them is the process of how a purchase is made.  Two of the options always return back to their starting point; the latter never does, it builds upon itself over time.
